Hi, this is Holly! Today I made kimchi fried rice. It was yummy. On a scale of one to ten, I would give it seven. I made it as a school project. I was studying Korea, and I decided to make the recipe. I used spicy kimchi, so I would suggest some water to drink with it. LOL
Note from Mom: Taylor and I both ate a nice size helping of this recipe and enjoyed it. (Dad is out of town, so he missed out.) Holly is a very picky eater, so for her to give the dish a seven is pretty amazing...considering it included, gasp!, vegetables!! The only change we made was to mix the eggs into the entire dish instead of frying them and serving on top. If you decide to give it a try, let us know what you think in the comments!!
